Prinsip seorang Pembunuh Bayaran

Dalam film Bangkok Dangerous terdapat plot-plot film yang menurut saya menarik, karena diceritakan tentang prinsip/pikiran suatu profesi tidak lazim, yaitu pembunuh bayaran profesional.

Dalam film ini diungkapkan kalo si tokoh utama nya yg berprofesi sebagai pembunuh bayaran, punya 4 aturan:

1. don't ask questions; there is no such thing as right and wrong.
2. don't take an interest in people ouside of work; there is no such thing as trust.
3. erase every trace; come anonymous and leave nothing behind.
4. know when to get out; just thingkin about it. means it's time before you lose your edge, before you become a target.

Sebagai pembunuh bayaran, dia juga punya pandangan lain, yaitu it always starts the same way; secure a safe location. somewhere off the beaten path where you have privacy. but you stay it invisible top long, the human race starts to look like another species, so you venture out, you observe, and then you return to your invisible world like a ghost.

Ada juga cerita bagaimana cara dia dalam mencari orang lokal yg nantinya digunakan sebagai pembantu umum/guide: you wanna find garbage? go to a garbage dump. i look for three qualifications: they have to speak a little enaglish, they have to want to make money, and above all they have to be disposable.

Ada beberapa cuplikan kata-kata menarik yang diajarin

• the rifle is the first weapon you learn how to use, because it lets you keep your distance from the client. the closer you get to being a pro, the closer you can get to the client. the knife, for example, is the last thing you learn.
• never take it off untill the last minute. it reflects ligth. they can see you coming from a mile away.
• always dress down. never brighter than the floor.
• watch his movement pretend you're running with him try to feel his next movement shoot
• hati-hati dalam bertindak, jangan sampai kita perbuatan kita bisa merugikan orang lain apalagi sampai dengan menghilangkan nyawa orang lain.
• nothing's the same after you're killed someone. your life is changed forever. you have to sleep with one eye open for the rest of your life.
